Autonomy, variety, and the chance to shape how digital transformation drives a global business forward.
We’re partnering with a well-established international group currently undergoing a period of modernisation and operational improvement. They’re looking for a bright, ambitious Digital Transformation Analyst to join their IT and operations team – someone who thrives on improving processes, streamlining systems, and leading meaningful change through technology.

The Role
As a Digital Transformation Analyst, you’ll support the delivery of smarter systems and more efficient workflows across the business. You’ll be a central figure in identifying opportunities for automation, improving ERP use (SAP), and championing digital tools across functions – all while working closely with the Head of IT and key operational stakeholders.
This isn’t just systems support – it’s a role where you’ll lead process improvement initiatives, contribute to technology strategy, and shape transformation projects from the ground up.

This is a genuine opportunity to be the change-maker – not just the systems maintainer. As the Digital Transformation Analyst, you’ll have the scope, autonomy, and backing to shape the role around your ideas, energy, and ambition. You’ll be trusted, supported, and encouraged to grow.
