Our client is looking to appoint a Paid Media Campaign Coordinator to join their in-house marketing function. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in paid media who is ready to take more ownership over campaign delivery and performance optimisation in a collaborative, data-driven environment.

As a Paid Media Campaign Coordinator, you'll work across multiple platforms to support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of digital advertising campaigns that align with wider business objectives. You'll be joining a marketing team that values insight, precision and proactive thinking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, Bing, and TikTok
  • As the Paid Media Campaign Coordinator, analyse campaign data and report on key performance metrics, suggesting refinements to improve ROI
  • Conduct keyword and audience research to inform targeting strategies
  • Write engaging, conversion-focused ad copy tailored to platform requirements
  • Collaborate with content, design, and broader marketing teams to ensure alignment across campaigns
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, advertising trends, and emerging tools to enhance campaign outcomes
The Ideal Paid Media Campaign Coordinator Will Have:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a paid media or digital marketing role
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Business Manager
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Analytical skills and the ability to draw insights from campaign data
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
