Salary: Up to £45,000 (DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing expert support for D365 Business Central, helping clients resolve system issues and optimize usage.
• Logging, managing, and resolving support tickets efficiently and professionally.
• Working closely with consultants, developers, and end-users to troubleshoot and solve a variety of functional and technical problems.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and better system utilization.

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft D365 Business Central (or NAV).
• Solid understanding of finance or supply chain modules is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• A proactive mindset and a team-first attitude.
