D365BC Application Systems Management / Support Consultant - (£55k, End User, Surrey/Dorking 3 days/week)

Role

You will take ownership of D365BC support, improvements, reporting and user training for a successful End User in the trade and logistics sector.

Key Skills

• Essential: D365BC Applications Management / Support
• Essential: D365BC ownership, upgrades, enhancements and integrations
• Essential: 1st / 2nd line D365BC support
• Essential: Power BI, Excel reporting and data integrity
• Essential: Clear documentation and user training skills
• Desirable: Understanding of Trade, Logistics, SCM or Finance processes
• Desirable: Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio or AI automation
• Desirable: Jet Reports, RDLC customisation or sustainability reporting
• Desirable: Food, ingredients, commodities, brokering or international trade experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Location: Surrey / Dorking, 3 days per week onsite
• You must be eligible to work in the UK without any restriction (No Sponsorship, no PSW, no Dependency visa).
