Due to continued success and new project wins, our client is looking to expand their team with an experienced D365CE Functional Consultant who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to end-to-end D365CE implementations.
• Gather and analyse business requirements to design tailored CRM solutions.
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE to align with business objectives.
• Conduct workshops, user training, and provide post-go-live support.
• Liaise with technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) projects within a Partner or end-user environment.
• Strong functional knowledge across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to map business processes to Dynamics 365 functionalities.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 (desirable but not essential).
