Our client, a global leader in manufacturing solutions, is seeking a proactive, motivated, and entrepreneurial IT Business Systems Analyst to join their growing function.

You’ll play a hands-on role in supporting and evolving their D365 F&O platform—delivering continuous improvements, driving optimisation, and influencing how systems deliver value across Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing functions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for D365 F&O across the UK and Europe.
• Collaborate with business users to streamline and improve key processes.
• Lead enhancements, deliver system changes, and adopt new platform capabilities.
• Resolve integration and application issues, working closely with IT and stakeholders.
• Promote best practice and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.

What you’ll bring:

• 3–5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Solid understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing processes.
• Confident providing application support and resolving system issues.
• A proactive approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Great communication and teamwork skills.

Salary: Up to £65,000 + excellent benefits
