Role
You’ll be a key player in the rollout and continual enhancement of D365FO across the UK, Nordics and Spain. Reporting into a high-performing team (9 people), you’ll provide expert 2nd/3rd line support, lead improvement initiatives, own integrations, and help drive best practice as they move from Epicor to D365FO. This is a hands-on, autonomous role for someone proactive, entrepreneurial and growth-minded—culture matters here: fun, collaborative, and protective of their team dynamic. Occasional meet-ups (Scotland is the main location).
Key Skills
- Essential: 3–5 years with D365FO in a Business Systems/Functional/Applications role
- Essential: Strong Manufacturing experience
- Essential: Experience across improvements, enhancements and integrations
- Essential: 2nd/3rd line application support and troubleshooting
- Essential: Proactive, self-starter mindset
- Integration experience (FO with 3rd-party/legacy; future D365CE to FO integration)
- Experience in manufacturing/distribution environments; AP/AR knowledge beneficial
- Exposure to MES projects and shop-floor processes
- Legacy transition experience (Epicor to D365FO desirable)
- Power Platform familiarity (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Strong stakeholder communication across countries and functions
- Location: UK-based remote
- Driving licence: desirable
- Eligibility: must be eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
