Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant – Lead Consultant (Permanent)
Location: UK-based with client site travel
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 per annum

A leading Microsoft Partner is seeking an experienced D365 Finance Consultant to step into a Lead Consultant role, delivering end-to-end implementations across a range of industries. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly capable finance professional looking to take full ownership of project delivery, working with a forward-thinking consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with a focus on professional services and manufacturing verticals.
- Deliver client-facing workshops and take ownership of solution design and delivery without the need for micro-management.
- Manage stakeholder expectations while ensuring timely and successful project completion.
- Provide guidance on project accounting and project operations, driving efficiency and system effectiveness.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering D365 Finance and Operations projects from end to end.
- Strong understanding of Project Accounting and Project Operations within Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Experience working for a Microsoft Partner preferred; strong candidates from end-user environments will also be considered.
- Industry experience in professional services and/or manufacturing highly desirable.
- Confident working autonomously and capable of leading project teams.
Additional Details:
- Strong onboarding framework is in place.
- Candidates must be willing to travel to client sites as required.
