Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading Partner as a Senior D365CE Pre-Sales Consultant. You will work closely with the Dynamics Sales Director and project teams to provide consultancy and pre-sales support across a wide client base. The role includes hands-on solution delivery with pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and detailed scoping.

You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to delivery, across both ad-hoc consultancy engagements and full project implementations.

Key Skills

  • Lead Pre-Sales (demos, scoping, client presentations)
  • D365CE Consulting (Functional)
  • End-to-end project lifecycle delivery
  • Strong documentation and business analysis skills
  • Deep product knowledge of D365CE (CRM) modules and configuration
  • Ability to produce accurate estimates for service delivery
  • Collaborate with sales and development teams to ensure accurate project estimations and technical specifications
  • Exposure to 3rd party tools and integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Prior experience conducting seminars/webinars and public speaking
  • Driving Licence
  • You must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction (no Sponsorship, no PSW, no Dependency visa)
  • Location: Hybrid (London/Remote) – occasional on-site for workshops
