The Shift Pattern:

Tuesday & Wednesday – Days off

Thursday & Friday – Office-based (Sittingbourne)

Saturday & Sunday – Work from home

Monday – Office-based

The Role

This is an opportunity to join a leading technology provider for the financial services industry as a first point of contact for client support requests. Most support is delivered remotely, but there will be occasional client site visits. You will need to resolve technical issues, escalate where necessary, and keep accurate records in the ticketing system.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support via phone, email, and occasionally on-site.

Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and VMware environments.

Troubleshoot hardware, networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP), and Windows issues.

Escalate complex problems to subject matter experts.

Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions.

Work methodically through problems while keeping clients updated.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years in an IT support role with proven customer service skills.

Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows Server (2012+) experience.

Networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).

Advantageous: Microsoft certifications, MSP experience, Mac OS X support.
