Project Coordinator

We are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and growing organisation based in London that is looking for an experienced and highly organised Project Coordinator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal role within a business that is genuinely ambitious, fast-moving, and invested in the people who help drive it forward.

Working in a hybrid capacity, you will have the flexibility to split your time between the London office and home, while playing a central role in the coordination and delivery of key projects across the business. If you are someone who thrives on keeping multiple workstreams on track, communicating clearly with stakeholders, and making sure things get done to the highest standard, this role is for you.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Leading the day-to-day coordination of projects from initiation through to successful delivery
  • Managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
  • Facilitating project meetings, capturing actions, and holding teams accountable for progress
  • Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, risk registers, and status reports
  • Acting as a central point of contact between internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners
  • Proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers — and escalating or resolving them swiftly
  • Supporting resource planning, budget tracking, and reporting as required
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and ways of working

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or similar delivery-focused role
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, or similar)
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects
  • Confident communicator — able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or equivalent
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment
  • A relevant project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, PMP) is desirable but not essential

What Is On Offer

  • Competitive salary of £60,000 – £75,000 per year depending on experience
  • Hybrid working — a flexible split between the London office and home
  • 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • A high-profile role with genuine influence over project outcomes and business direction
  • Fantastic opportunities to grow within the organisation, with clear pathways for career progression
  • Funded training and support for professional development and project management qualifications
  • A collaborative, ambitious team culture where your contribution is recognised and rewarded
