Key Account Manager

Consult are partnered with a global healthcare technology organisation operating in the professional dental sector to appoint a Key Account Manager to lead and grow relationships across large dental corporates and group practices in the UK.

This is a strategic, enterprise-level commercial role focused on developing long-term partnerships with some of the most influential multi-site dental organisations in the market.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of a portfolio of major UK dental groups, supporting them across their clinical, commercial and operational objectives. Rather than territory-based selling, this role focuses on enterprise account development - working with senior stakeholders across procurement, operations and clinical leadership to implement scalable, commercially impactful solutions across multi-site organisations.

The focus is on long-term value creation, not short-term sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow relationships across large, multi-site dental groups
  • Build and manage senior stakeholder networks across clinical, commercial and executive teams
  • Identify and convert enterprise-level growth opportunities within key accounts
  • Lead negotiations with central procurement and senior leadership teams to secure group-wide agreements
  • Develop and deliver structured account plans with clear commercial objectives
  • Track performance against revenue and growth targets, adapting strategy to maximise account value
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Use market and competitor insight to maintain a strong commercial and strategic position

Who This Suits

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, consultative sales environments and enjoys working with large, sophisticated customer organisations.

You will likely bring:

  • Experience in enterprise or key account sales within healthcare, dental, med-tech or similar B2B environments
  • A proven ability to influence senior and executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to manage long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying groups
  • A strategic, solutions-led mindset rather than transactional selling

What’s On Offer

  • Very competitive base salary
  • Performance-linked bonus
  • Company car allowance
  • Strong corporate benefits package
  • Long-term progression within a growing international organisation
