The Core Mission

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and technology delivery. You will define and implement how enterprise organizations establish trust-by-design, managing risk effectively across the AI lifecycle without stifling technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Client Strategy & Delivery

  • Framework Design & Steering: Create and scale practical AI governance frameworks, enterprise policies, and risk-based controls.
  • Lifecycle Governance: Guide AI solutions from initial concept and development through to deployment, monitoring, and ongoing assurance.
  • Technical Assurance: Evaluate complex AI systems for compliance with global standards, regulations, and ethics guidelines (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR).
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage and influence diverse stakeholders, from technical engineering teams up to C-suite executives.
  • Capability Uplift: Lead workshops, design training materials, and build client confidence in managing AI safely.

Practice & Business Growth (Scaled to your experience level)

  • Proposition Development: Shape commercial assets, methodologies, and thought leadership to address emerging market trends.
  • Business Development: Support or lead client proposals, RFPs, bids, and long-term account management.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior staff, share knowledge on regulatory shifts, and contribute to internal culture and recruitment.

  • Technical Grounding: Solid understanding of data governance and how AI systems are built, deployed, and monitored for bias, performance, and risk.
  • Structured Thinking: Ability to resolve ambiguous AI challenges across people, process, technology, and data boundaries.
  • Compelling Storytelling: Excellent presentation skills to translate dense technical or legal risk concepts into accessible narratives.
  • Consulting Track Record: Prior management consulting or professional services experience delivering polished, high-value client assets.
