Data Science - Manager / Senior Manager

Consulting Point is recruiting on behalf of a leading global transformation consultancy seeking talented Data Science Managers and Senior Managers to join their fast-growing AI & Data Science practice. This is a standout opportunity to lead cutting-edge AI programmes, shape data-driven strategy, and deliver real-world impact across both public and private sector clients.

As a Data Science specialist, you will play a central role in leading the delivery of advanced analytics, Generative AI, and machine learning solutions. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to define opportunities, design scalable AI products, and ensure successful implementation from proof of value through to production.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience leading complex Data Science, Machine Learning, and Generative AI projects end-to-end
• Strong grounding in statistical modelling, natural language processing, time-series analysis, or advanced mathematical modelling
• Experience delivering AI solutions across the full ML lifecycle, from experimentation to production deployment
• Ability to design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions in collaboration with engineering and architecture teams
• Experience working within consulting environments or leading client-facing industry engagements
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, and wider business development initiatives
• Comfortable mentoring and developing junior consultants while maintaining delivery excellence

Technical Experience:

• Proficiency in Python, R, or PySpark
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Databricks
• Knowledge of DevOps and MLOps principles for deploying AI solutions into production environments
• Experience working with Agentic and Generative AI platforms or large language models

Desirable Experience:

• Experience defining AI/ML roadmaps and shaping enterprise AI strategies
• Exposure to responsible AI principles and governance frameworks
• Experience scaling AI solutions from prototype to live production environments
• Industry experience across sectors such as Consumer Products & Retail, Energy & Utilities, or Public Sector
