I am currently recruiting on behalf of an automotive OEM, based in Newark, who are looking for a Business Analyst to join their team.

Job Description

As Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:

• Works with key stakeholders, within all business functions, to align technology solutions
• Gathers requirements, and translate those to programmers and developers
• Prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses
• Supports one or more highly complex business processes
• Works on multiple projects

Experience Required:

• 2+ years' experience required
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions
• Basic knowledge of programming languages
• Ability to create business solutions that increase competitive advantage
• Project management skills
