I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking an Issue Management Specialist to join their team

Job Description

As Issue Management Specialist, your main responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the identification, tracking, and resolution of integration issues across complex systems.
• Ensure consistent adherence to established processes
• Effective utilisation of issue management tools
• Clear, and transparent, reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Drive actions, based on clear KPI's around defect management, with stakeholders.

Qualifications/Skills needed

• Strong skills in developing metrics, dashboards, and professional presentations are essential.
• Educated to degree level, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of issue and defect management processes and tools.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques and problem-solving methodologies.
• Solid understanding of software integration principles and dependencies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions on complex or sensitive matters.
