Business Development Manager - Microsoft Dynamics ERP / Business Central
Location: UK (Remote with client travel)Salary: Paying between £ basic + double OTE.
We are delighted to be supporting a leading Microsoft consultancy as they continue to grow their ERP practice. Renowned for delivering high-quality Microsoft Dynamics solutions, the consultancy is now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive new business across their Microsoft Dynamics ERP portfolio.
This role is ideal for a commercially astute sales professional with a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Finance & Operations, who is looking to join a forward-thinking organisation and play a key role in shaping new client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing new business opportunities across the Microsoft Dynamics ERP suite, with a focus on Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through to proposals, presentations, and contract closure.
- Collaborating closely with Pre-Sales Consultants, ERP Architects and Delivery teams to shape solution scoping and create compelling value propositions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients across mid-market and enterprise sectors.
- Driving pipeline growth through proactive outreach, networking, partner engagement, and attendance at Microsoft community events.
- Maintaining accurate CRM updates, sales forecasting, and pipeline reporting.
- Acting as a trusted adviser to customers, clearly articulating the business benefits of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions.
Experience required:
- Proven experience within ERP business development, ideally focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Business Central or F&O).
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, business process optimisation, and enterprise applications.
- Confident in consultative selling, managing senior stakeholders, and delivering persuasive presentations.
- Experience working within a Microsoft Partner or technology consultancy is highly desirable.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to manage a high-value pipeline independently.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at C-suite level.
Paying up to £80,000 basic + Double OTE.
Must be eligible to work in the UK.
Remote based.
