We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about tech and education to join our client as an ICT Apprenticeship Trainer.

While understanding or experience of modern tech within the enterprise would of course be beneficial, it is not a requirement so long as you have some experience in teaching / training and ideally a recognised qualification to support this.

You’ll be fully supported by a brilliant, experienced team and working in the most vibrant of office cultures.

The role is based in Manchester and you’ll need to be able to get to site a minimum of 3 days per week.

Whether you’re already a teacher, trainer or even an IT professional with a desire to move into teaching / training, our client will back you with everything you need to thrive.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver hands-on training in exciting areas including cloud computing, networking, architecture and cybersecurity.
• Support and mentor a group of up to 30 apprentices, guiding them through assessments and qualifications.
• Help apprentices gain industry-recognised certifications like Microsoft, CompTIA, and more.
• Teach essential skills including Maths and English, building strong foundations to support the apprentices technical learning.
• Develop soft skills for example communication and teamwork, that prepare learners for real-world success.
• Shape the curriculum alongside senior trainers, keeping it fresh, practical, and relevant.
• Continue your own learning with CPD opportunities and support to grow in your role.

Experience Required:

• At least 1 years’ experience teaching, tutoring or training others
• Ideally a recognised teaching/training qualification
• A genuine passion for helping people learn and grow
• An understanding of, or interest in tech (cloud, security, infrastructure, hardware).
