Business Development Representative (New Business)

Location: Surrey (hybrid)

We're working with a well-established and growing cybersecurity solutions provider in the surrey area who are looking to add a Business Development Representative to their commercial team.

This is a new business role at heart — you'll be hunting, opening doors, and building relationships with end users rather than managing a book of existing accounts. The business has a strong track record with FTSE 350 and Fortune 500 clients, multi-million-pound contracts, and a genuinely uncapped commission structure.

What you'll be doing:

  • Proactively identifying and engaging new prospective clients across mid-market and enterprise
  • Building genuine, high-touch relationships with end users — this isn't a high-volume dial-and-pitch role
  • Working closely with senior sales to build pipeline and open conversations with decision-makers
  • Representing a business with real technical credibility and an established reputation in its space

What they're looking for:

  • Proven new business / outbound experience — ideally B2B technology or services
  • Comfortable with high-touch, relationship-led selling rather than transactional volume sales
  • Hungry, coachable, and genuinely motivated by uncapped earning potential
  • Cybersecurity or wider IT/tech sector experience is an advantage but not essential — attitude matters more
