The Role
The Hybrid Key Account Manager for our Active Key Division, will play a role in growing the Contour Active Key presence among UK end customers, working closely with IT resellers and partners to bring our hygienic and ergonomic workplace solutions to market. You will refer to our Sales Manager Europe for Hygienic business who is working out of Denmark. In the south of UK, we have one Country Sales Manager, working in our Contour Division.
You will focus on industries where hygiene, efficiency, and employee wellbeing matter most — including healthcare environments such as hospitals and dental clinics, as well as other professional workplaces with high ergonomic demands.
We are looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of end customer sales, B2B IT channels, and workplace health innovation. If you enjoy building strong customer relationships, influencing complex buying journeys, and turning health challenges into business opportunities, this role is for you.
Key responsibilities
- Drive end customer sales through B2B IT channels, working closely with IT resellers to win and expand key accounts
- Build long term relationships with end customers, positioning Contour Design as a trusted workplace health partner
- Identify, influence, and win tender opportunities, particularly within public and healthcare sectors (including NHS related projects)
- Develop and execute account plans for both channel partners and strategic end customers
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and turn customer pain points into value-based solutions
- Act as a market ambassador, increasing awareness of workplace health and hygienic solutions among decision‐makers and influencers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, and product teams to accelerate growth
Qualifications
You are a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys working independently while being part of a strong European team. You’re comfortable navigating complex buying structures and know how to sell value — not just products.
- A proactive, opportunity driven mindset with solid analytical and planning skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels
- An established or growing network within the UK IT or workplace solutions ecosystem
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally selling through IT resellers to end customers and proven experience engaging directly with end customers
- Experience with public tenders and/or healthcare customers is a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel within the UK to meet customers and partners
