Regional Sales Manager
CCL is collaborating with a leading client in the secure containerised and cloud-native applications sector to hire a Regional Sales Manager based in Holland (remote position).
The client specialises in securing cloud-native applications from code commit to runtime, ensuring enterprise-scale security without hindering development pipelines, thereby safeguarding customers' cloud future.
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will utilise your relationship-building skills to drive new customer opportunities, oversee client relationships from inception to closure, handle deployments, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. Your role will involve establishing trust with clients, leveraging internal technical support, and excelling in a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, close, and manage Enterprise-level accounts
- Conduct proactive outbound visits to secure new business and foster strong client relationships
- Identify avenues for revenue growth and customer development to enhance market presence
- Handle the complete sales cycle, from acquiring new customers to managing existing accounts
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts
- Follow up on trade show leads and demo requests within the assigned accounts
- Convert inquiries into sales opportunities and upsell solutions
- Maintain robust relationships with accounts and ensure high renewal rates
- Document customer interactions in Salesforce and progress them through the sales cycle
- Prepare customer proposals and respond to RFPs/RFQs/Solicitations
Requirements:
- Extensive industry relationships, including VARs and SAs
- Proven track record of closing complex deals with key Strategic Account customers
- Ability to build partnerships with C-Level Executives in target industries like Financial Services, Retail, Telecom, Healthcare
- Strong network within the territory and with Channel & Strategic Alliance Partners
- Consistent achievement of multi-million-dollar quotas in a competitive environment
- Proficiency in Cloud & SaaS offerings
- Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred
