This is a *London* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *supporting a critical growth phase within a newly established business unit in France.*.

Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Engagement Manager to support a critical growth phase within a newly established business unit in France. This team is in an exciting early-stage build and is expected to become one of the most significant markets in Europe for the client.

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, responsible for attracting and engaging high-calibre, diverse commercial talent essential to driving long-term success. As the business unit builds a dynamic, high-performing organisation, you will be instrumental in shaping talent strategies, guiding hiring decisions, and acting as a trusted advisor across hiring, inclusion & diversity, employer branding, and talent insights.

This position offers high visibility among senior stakeholders and will have a direct impact on the client's ability to achieve its performance ambitions. It is ideal for a talent professional who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and who excels in navigating complex, matrixed global structures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with senior leaders in France to deliver best-in-class commercial hiring across priority functions.

  • Drive talent engagement strategies that support a diverse, high-performing workforce.

  • Act as a consultative partner, influencing and guiding stakeholders to make strong hiring decisions.

  • Leverage data insights and market intelligence to shape recruitment strategies and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Represent the client's employer brand authentically and compellingly across all candidate touchpoints.

  • Ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle.

About You (Candidate Profile)

You are a seasoned in-house Talent Acquisition professional (ideally with CPG experience) with strong talent judgement and a strategic mindset. You thrive in high-growth environments, adapt quickly to change, and are confident operating within matrixed, multinational organisations.

Essential Requirements

  • Fluency in French (spoken and written).

  • Experience hiring in France, with a strong understanding of the local talent landscape and cultural nuances.

  • Strong background in commercial hiring, ideally within CPG/FMCG or similar industries.

  • Proven ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders across multiple regions.

  • Exceptional consultative skills with the ability to challenge, advise, and drive action.

  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity & inclusion in hiring practices.

  • Comfortable operating with speed, accountability, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working in high-growth markets or environments undergoing rapid expansion.

  • Exposure to new market launches or organisational build-outs.

  • Understanding of employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent insights.
