Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Sales and Business Development. The individual will lead and manage the sales team, drive revenue growth through strategic sales and business development initiatives, and maintain strong relations with key accounts. Responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, setting and achieving sales targets, and analyzing market trends. The role also emphasizes managing and developing the sales team to meet organizational goals effectively.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving growth targets
  • Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining profitable client relationships
  • Team Management capabilities, including mentoring and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Analytical Skills to interpret market trends and sales performance data
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Experience with CRM and sales software tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
