Junior Business Analyst

Junior to mid level business analyst is required to cover maternity leave and will be joining the IT Team as they embark upon the delivery of a digital road-map across the business.
Key duties:

• To meet and greet with other department teams
• Map current to future state using Visio
• Work with the project managers to discuss the approach for benefits realisation to support business cases etc.
• Support the process mapping for digital changes and identify where improvements and be made
  
  Key Skills:

• Process mapping experience
• Knowledge of multiple/complex systems
• Fluency in the use of MS Office applications
• Visio or and other tools
• Ability to work with a busy environment
• Excellent communication skills
