Cooper Lomaz has teamed up with a dynamic business just outside of Diss to find a motivated 1st Line IT Support Specialist to join their team. This is a fantastic full-time permanent role, offering the chance to work onsite with an experienced IT team.

About the Role:

As a Junior IT Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for resolving IT issues and providing exceptional customer service to your colleagues. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in the world of IT, particularly focusing on software support and ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the initial point of contact for all IT-related queries
• Provide support for company software, hardware, and ERP system
• Collaborate with the broader IT team to maintain and troubleshoot infrastructure, networks, and servers
• Monitor IT systems and promptly report any issues or potential faults

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service
• Experience with ERPs or CRMs is highly beneficial
• Enthusiasm and drive to pursue a career in IT
• Previous experience in a service desk or 1st line support role is advantageous

Due to the location, having access to a vehicle for daily commuting to the office is essential.
