HR Manager
The role:
We are currently working exclusively with a successful specialist software business who wish to appoint HR Manager. Reporting to the MD the role of HR Manager will lead the business HR function with full responsibility for employee relations, training, performance management & compliance. - Develop workplace culture to ensure employees can work in a environment that allows them to achieve their full potential
- Implement and review HR policies and procedures including overseeing employment contracts and payroll reviews
- Manage team performance and evaluation cycles
- Lead and deliver on the recruitment strategy
- Develop group and individual training programmes
- Produce monthly reports
The Company:
- A growing and successful software business working with client operations across UK & Europe. Hybrid working; 4 days per week in the office
The Person:
- 5+ years relevant HR experience preferably from a regulated sector (FS, insurance, Fintech) or IT, startup etc.
- Good understanding of employment law & regulations
- Ability to review policies and procedures in order to make recommendations for improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A results driven mindset
- Strong MS skills including Excel
To £60k plus bonus, pension, health, 25 days hols, gym, hybrid (4 days in the office per week)
