SAP S/4HANA Specialist

Please note this is a 12 month fix term contract, onsite working full time in Edinburgh site

The Role

We are looking for a SAP Migration Specialist to support the migration of key engineering and maintenance data into SAP S/4HANA, with a focus on SAP EAM and project-related structures.

You will work as part of a wider SAP and engineering team to ensure accurate, controlled and secure migration of legacy data into the new SAP environment.

What You Will Do

  • Support the migration of engineering and maintenance data into SAP S/4HANA (EAM focus)
  • Work with technical objects such as Equipment, Functional Locations, BOMs, and asset structures
  • Assist in migrating legacy project and contract data, ensuring alignment with SAP structures
  • Help ensure data is correctly prepared, validated, and loaded into SAP
  • Support data security and access controls in line with ITAR and EAR requirements
  • Work with engineering and SAP teams to ensure data consistency across systems
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with defence and aerospace standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or similar experience
  • Experience working with SAP, ideally in S/4HANA or ECC environments
  • Exposure to SAP data migration, data preparation, or SAP implementation projects
  • Understanding of engineering or maintenance data (e.g. MRO, assets, BOMs, or project structures) is beneficial
  • Awareness of regulated environments (defence, aerospace, or similar) is an advantage
  • Familiarity with data quality, validation, or system migration processes
  • BPSS eligibility and willingness to work in a secure environment
