Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Engineer with active security clearance and NPPV3 to join our client. 

Please note - applicants must have active SC and NPPV3 at time of application. The client is only prepared to transfer clearance at this time.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, analytics, and security protocols. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage and optimize data systems while ensuring compliance with security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and architectures.
• Implement data integration and transformation processes.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Monitor and optimize data performance and storage solutions.
• Maintain compliance with security protocols and standards, including NPPV3.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Active security clearance and NPPV3.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
