Electronic Test Engineer

Copello are working with a leading Defence organisation to recruit for an Electronic Test Engineer to join them on a permanent basis, at their site in the Portsmouth area.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Testing a range of low / medium complexity electronic manufactured products
• Diagnosing a range of low / medium complexity electronic manufactured products to component level (with occasional technical support) & understanding of Circuit Diagrams and component recognition
• Testing in accordance with defined Test Schedule / Instruction
• Manually / automatically using a wide range of new and old standard test equipment for example oscilloscopes, signal generators etc.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• HNC or equivalent qualification/experience in electronic/electrical engineering or relevant apprenticeship 
• Electronic test engineering experience 
• Understand complex electronic manufactured products would be desirable.
• Working experience within a Defence, Aerospace, Avionics, Maritime / similar engineering industry would be desirable. 

Candidates must be a sole British Citizen to be considered for this position.

This opportunity comes with hybrid and flexible working arrangements and a competitive salary upto £35,000.
