Software Developer

Copello are seeking a talented Software Developer to join a clients digital transformation journey. This role offers the opportunity to work within a small, agile team focused on building and enhancing internal applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Canvas and Power Apps applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative development cycles.
• Ensure all solutions meet Government Digital Service (GDS) standards.
• Integrate applications with existing systems and data sources.
• Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing across the team.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in developing Canvas and Power Apps.
• Strong coding skills within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and GDS delivery principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Power Automate, Dataverse, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
• Understanding of secure coding practices and data protection principles.
• Previous experience working on public sector or government projects.

Contract offered on an initial 6 month basis, Inside IR35

Candidates must be SC eligible.
Candidates must be able to attend site occasionally.
