Temporary Administrator We're looking for a highly organised administrator to help support our clients operations team with CRM and back-office tasks.Key Responsibilities
- Assign jobs, forms and assets within the CRM.
- Chase engineers for outstanding paperwork.
- Ensure jobs are complete and records are accurate.
- Review completed schedules and update job information.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Experience with Joblogic or a similar CRM
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with VBA, HTML or form design.
- Data cleansing, reporting and system imports.
