Portfolio Manager

Job summary

Lead the management and delivery of Cora Health's portfolio of business and IT change projects, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities. Develop and continuously improve portfolio governance frameworks, ensuring robust oversight, control and accountability across all projects. Oversee project delivery to ensure objectives are achieved within agreed timescales, scope and budget. Establish and manage a centralised benefits realisation process, ensuring benefits are identified, tracked and delivered. Provide expert project and portfolio management guidance to stakeholders across the organisation. Build strong relationships with senior leaders, operational teams and external partners to drive engagement and successful change adoption. Lead, coach and develop a team of Project Managers, supporting performance, capability development and career progression. Ensure consistent application of project management methodologies, tools and best practices across the portfolio. Identify, monitor and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies to support successful programme outcomes.

Main duties of the job

As Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing Cora Health's portfolio of business and technology change initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered successfully against agreed time, scope and budget objectives. Reporting to the Head of Business Change and Delivery, you will drive effective portfolio governance, benefits realisation and project delivery while leading and developing a team of Project Managers to support the organisation's strategic goals.
