What You'll Learn:
Backend: .NET Core, C#, Python
Frontend: React, TypeScript, Modern Web
Cloud: AWS/Azure platforms
Database: SQL Server, PostgreSQL

Program Structure:
Phase 1 (Months 1-3): Intensive training with full support
Phase 2 (Months 4-6): Work on internal projects (£200-500/month stipends)
Phase 3 (Month 7+): Deploy to client projects (£25K-32K salary)
