Overview:
Our client, a leading general contractor/engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of a high-profile Data Centre project in Frankfurt. This is a critical role within the project team, ensuring that BIM standards and workflows are followed from design through to construction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all BIM-related activities across design and construction teams.
• Manage federated models and ensure alignment with project requirements and LOD standards.
• Liaise with architects, MEP consultants, and contractors to resolve model clashes and inconsistencies.
• Support the integration of BIM with other project management tools and systems.
• Conduct regular model audits and quality checks using tools like Navisworks and Solibri.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and issue resolution workflows.
• Assist in 4D sequencing and digital construction planning.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of BIM protocols and processes (based on ISO 19650 or client standards).
• Provide technical support and training to project stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a BIM Coordinator or similar role on large-scale construction projects.
• Previous experience working on mission-critical facilities (data centres, pharma, etc.) is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC; knowledge of Dynamo, Solibri, or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection processes.
• Familiarity with German construction practices and standards is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in Frankfurt full-time; hybrid may be possible depending on project stage.
