About the Role:

We are supporting our client, a specialist contractor with a strong track record in delivering complex technical projects, in their search for an experienced BIM Coordinator to work on a secure project in the London area. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-profile, security-sensitive programme, working alongside a highly skilled digital engineering team.

  • Maintain and update federated models, ensuring compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
  • Lead clash detection and resolution processes using tools like Navisworks and Solibri.
  • Collaborate closely with design consultants, construction teams, and client stakeholders.
  • Support integration of 4D/5D BIM processes into project planning and delivery.
  • Ensure digital records and model data are maintained in accordance with security and quality protocols.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM practices and procedures within a secure project environment.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in a BIM Coordinator or similar digital engineering role.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms (e.g. BIM 360, ProjectWise).
  • Previous experience on secure or government-related projects is highly desirable.
  • Must be eligible for UK security clearance (typically British nationality or minimum 5 years' residency in the UK).
  • Excellent understanding of multidisciplinary design coordination.
  • Familiarity with industry standards (e.g. ISO 19650, PAS 1192).
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.

What's on Offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Involvement in a highly confidential, technically complex programme of national importance.
  • Career growth within a forward-thinking and digitally focused contractor.
  • Long-term project pipeline in secure and mission critical sectors.
