We’re hiring ambitious Contract Recruitment Consultants to join our growing Manchester team, focusing on some of the most buoyant recruitment markets in the industry right now: Data Centres across Europe and Defence recruitment in the UK.
This is a genuine opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join a business with strong momentum, established clients, live accounts, and significant earning potential within the contract recruitment market.
About the Role
As a Contract Recruitment Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to build and grow your own desk within high-demand markets that offer real scale, urgency, and long-term growth.
You’ll work with exceptional clients and long-standing accounts that already trust us to deliver at pace and volume across specialist contract recruitment projects.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is:
- Based in or around Manchester
- Target-driven and commercially minded
- Ambitious and motivated by success
- Open to learning, development, and feedback
- Looking to build a long-term career in contract recruitment
Previous recruitment experience is beneficial, particularly within contract recruitment, technology recruitment, engineering recruitment, defence recruitment, or data centre recruitment, but mindset and attitude are equally important.
