We are supporting a leading BMS, Security, and System Integration specialist in hiring an experienced Service Coordinator to support their service operations.

This is an inside sales / back-office role, focused on service planning, customer communication, reporting, and commercial follow-up. The client is looking for a self-sufficient, organised, and mature profile who can manage procedures, coordinate technicians, and deal professionally with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate daily service activities and technician schedules

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers (service & after-sales)

  • Manage service reports, documentation, permits, and customer procedures

  • Monitor incidents, lead times, and contractual compliance

  • Support service budgets, invoicing, and contract follow-up

  • Assist the Service Manager and coordinate small service projects

Requirements

  • Fluent Dutch (spoken & written) and strong English

  • Experience in service coordination, back-office, inside sales, or service administration

  • Highly organised, accurate, and communicative

  • Able to follow and improve processes

  • Comfortable working independently

  • Nice to have: ability to engage in technical conversations (BMS, Security, Systems)
