Group Reporting Manager position for a fast growing international SaaS platform based in central London.

This is perfect for a 2nd move within industry (after qualifying within practice) from a reporting role or someone that has the experience already and looking to join a scaling business.

How you’ll make an impact

As Assistant Controller, you will:

  • Prepare and deliver consolidated monthly reporting packs for senior stakeholders
  • Support treasury operations and maintain rolling cash flow forecasting
  • Partner with finance leadership to improve reporting processes and controls
  • Support audit, tax and compliance processes across multiple entities
  • Manage and oversee equity administration processes
  • Drive process improvement, automation and close optimisation initiatives
  • Support finance transformation and systems-related projects
  • Work cross-functionally with finance, operations and leadership teams
  • Help scale finance processes to support ongoing international growth
  • Contribute to wider strategic and operational finance initiatives across the business

Why you’re a great fit

Essential

  • ACA or equivalent qualified with strong accounting and reporting foundations
  • Background within practice combined with industry experience
  • Strong financial reporting and analytical capability
  • A hands on approach - this is an SME environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and support change initiatives

Desirable

  • Experience within technology, SaaS or investor-backed businesses
  • Exposure to multi-entity environments
  • NetSuite or larger ERP system experience
  • Interest in finance transformation, AI or automation initiatives
  • Experience supporting treasury, cash flow forecasting or equity administration
