As Senior Finance Manager, you’ll be part of that journey, working closely with leadership to bring clarity to complexity and support better commercial decisions. Based in London, you’ll have real ownership and the chance to influence how the business scales, from improving reporting to shaping long-term planning.

How you’ll make an impact
- Lead month-end close, ensuring accurate and timely management accounts
- Deliver budgeting and forecasting cycles that support confident decision-making
- Produce clear variance analysis with insight that drives action
- Strengthen financial control, processes, and audit readiness
- Partner with stakeholders to support commercial decisions and pricing
- Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning and growth
- Improve finance operations across accounts payable, receivable, and payroll
- Support board reporting with high-quality financial reporting and analysis
- Streamline systems and reporting through automation and better data use
Why you’re a great fit
Essential
- You’ll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or equivalent
- Strong experience managing month-end close and producing reliable management accounts
- Strong commercial acumen and business partnering skills
- Proven ability to deliver effective budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Confident financial modelling skills, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders to improve outcomes
- Clear communicator who can translate financial data into practical insight
Desirable
- Experience in a high-growth or scaling organisation
- Exposure to both service-based and recurring revenue models
- Familiarity with finance systems and improving reporting processes
