What you'll be doing:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-value clients in a regulated environment
  • Identify upsell opportunities and drive renewals
  • Conduct quarterly reviews, lead meetings, and act as a trusted advisor
  • Support retention strategies and contribute to team success
  • Share best practices and support wider business goals

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven track record in client retention and upselling
  • Experience in financial services, RegTech , or other regulated industries
  • Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
  • Natural relationship builder – strategic and hands-on
  • Highly organised, proactive, and target-driven
