The Role
This is a client-facing Digital Project Manager role within a highly visible and important delivery team. Project Managers sit at the heart of the business, owning delivery, client relationships, and outcomes across a wide range of digital projects.
The team manages complex, varied work, particularly digital website builds and CMS-driven platforms, alongside ongoing feature development and new initiatives. This role suits someone comfortable handling ambiguity, multiple stakeholders, and different delivery styles. This offers real ownership, influence, and long-term opportunity.
There is a particular focus on structured, measured delivery of digital platforms, strengthening consistency across website and CMS projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, owning communication and expectations
- Managing complex digital website and CMS projects across multiple workstreams and skill sets
- Working closely with developers and delivery teams, with a strong understanding of technical and delivery processes
- Balancing ongoing work for existing features with new initiatives
- Ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, with a strong focus on customer service and measurable delivery outcomes
- Representing delivery confidently within a highly visible PM function
