Location: Bradford (Hybrid – 1 day per week onsite)

About the Role
We’re working with a well-established organisation undergoing continued digital transformation across its technology platforms.
They’re looking for a Mid-Level .NET Developer to join their engineering team, working on modern, cloud-based applications hosted both on-premise and in Microsoft Azure. This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute to the design, development, and support of scalable, event-driven systems that underpin critical business processes.
You’ll collaborate closely with senior developers, business analysts, and subject-matter experts, playing a key role in delivering reliable and well-engineered solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain applications using .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and backend services
- Build and support Azure Functions for serverless and event-driven workloads
- Work with Azure Storage Accounts, including Blob Storage for document and file management
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes via Azure DevOps
- Work within Agile / Scrum delivery teams
About You
- 3+ years’ commercial experience developing applications with .NET / .NET Core
- Strong C# skills with experience in ASP.NET Core, MVC, and Web API
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
- Experience working with SQL Server and strong SQL querying skills
- Experience working with Azure
Nice to Have
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Front-end experience (Angular, React, or Blazor)
- Exposure to DevOps culture and CI/CD best practices
- Any experience with finance or enterprise systems
