Corecom Consulting are working with a high-growth AI startup that is redefining how complex workflows are managed in highly regulated industries. Their platform uses advanced multi-agent AI to solve challenges that traditional automation simply can’t handle. From processing thousands of documents to orchestrating decisions in real time.

With strong product market fit and backing from leading investors, they’re now scaling their product internationally.

As Senior Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of one of their core AI product lines, driving strategy, execution, and customer success. This is a hands-on leadership role with real autonomy, offering the opportunity to shape products that are transforming a multi-trillion dollar global industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver the product roadmap for core AI solutions
• Translate sophisticated customer workflows into product innovation
• Partner closely with engineering on complex technical capabilities
• Drive customer research, feedback, and adoption
• Launch and optimise features to maximise impact
• Define and track key product metrics to guide decision-making
• Collaborate with commercial teams to support sales and customer success

Essential Experience:

• 7–12 years in Product Management, with 2–3 in a senior capacity
• Proven track record delivering successful B2B SaaS products
• Experience with regulated industries (insurance, fintech, healthcare, etc.)
• Comfortable working with technical teams on complex product trade-offs
• Strong background in customer-led product development

Desirable:

• Experience in insurance or fintech
• Background in AI/ML product development
• Enterprise SaaS expertise with complex customer needs
• Startup or scale-up experience
