About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and technically capable Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at our London Bridge office. We are a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in IT support within a fast-paced environment, with real opportunities to develop into 3rd line support and cybersecurity.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to internal and external clients
Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues on both Windows and Mac environments
Setting up and configuring desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Managing user accounts and permissions
Logging and tracking issues through a helpdesk ticketing system
Visiting client sites as required to deliver on-site support
Escalating complex issues where necessary
Supporting the wider IT team on 3rd line projects as you develop
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support role (essential)
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS and Microsoft 365
Comfortable travelling to client sites when required
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
A proactive, can-do attitude with a hunger to keep learning

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (30 min unpaid lunch break)
