Workday Integration Lead

Full Time - FTC | London, Hybrid

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workday Integration & Data Lead to support a large-scale Global HR systems transformation programme.

This position will take ownership of Workday integrations across a broad enterprise landscape, covering Payroll, Finance, Benefits and additional connected platforms. Alongside integration delivery, the role will lead critical data remediation and quality initiatives to ensure employee data is reliable, secure, reconciled and operationally fit for purpose.

This role suits a technically strong delivery lead who is equally comfortable managing hands-on integration work, overseeing complex data activities and engaging senior stakeholders across the business.

The Opportunity:

• Lead the full Workday integration lifecycle across design, development, testing, deployment, cutover and post-go-live support using technologies including Workday Studio, EIBs, PECI, Core Connectors and Web Services
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Technology, Security and third-party vendors to deliver scalable, secure integration solutions and maintain integration standards, monitoring and documentation
• Drive data remediation and quality initiatives across Workday and connected systems, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation and governance
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, implementing sustainable fixes while ensuring compliance with UK GDPR, security and access control requirements
• Act as the SME for Workday integrations and people data, supporting testing, UAT, release management, go-live and stabilisation activities
• Provide governance and stakeholder management across delivery workstreams, including progress reporting, risk management, issue resolution and cross-functional coordination
• Support and mentor analysts, developers and business SMEs to promote collaboration, knowledge sharing and successful programme delivery

About You:

• Extensive experience delivering and supporting Workday integrations within complex enterprise environments, with strong technical expertise across Workday Studio, EIB, PECI, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Web Services, APIs, XML/XSLT and data transformation technologies
• Proven track record leading Workday integration, data migration, remediation and data quality initiatives, with strong understanding of Workday HCM structures, security models, governance, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities
• Experience working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Technology, Security and third-party vendors within large transformation programmes, supported by strong stakeholder management, communication and delivery skills
• Desirable experience includes Workday certification, exposure to Workday Extend, middleware or Python, and familiarity with GDPR, audit controls and secure HR data management practices
