Location:UK - Hybrid
Salary:£65,000-70,0000
About Corndel:
Corndel is a unique, multi award-winning UK management and technology training provider that focuses on delivering the highest quality programmes throughout an employees career. We partner with some of the UKs largest and most exciting businesses to help drive organisational and personal performance through transformational learning.
Our vision is to shape a world where everyone is empowered to be their professional best. We are one of the fastest growing companies in the UK and provide a great platform for proactive and motivated individuals to take the next exciting step in their career. You will be joining an organisation with a fun, entrepreneurial and supportive environment, providing fulfilling work and an open, informal culture.
The role:
We are looking for an AI Advisor: Workflow Transformation to help build, deploy, and embed AI-powered workflows across marketing, sales, and wider business teams. This role is deliberately hands-on, focused on implementing agreed AI use cases, supporting staff in day-to-day AI usage, and ensuring alignment with internal AI governance and responsible use practices. You will work from problem definition through to adoption - mapping processes, selecting the right approach (buy/augment/build), piloting, implementing, documenting, training users, and tracking impact. Success in the role is demonstrated through shipped workflows, sustained usage, and evidenced efficiency and quality gains.
Responsibilities include:
AI Transformation: Identify and deliver the right AI solution (buy/augment/build).
Partner with stakeholders to clarify the problem, baseline the current process, co-design the revised AI process and define success metrics.
Based on the problem, recommend the most appropriate approach: buy (adopt an existing tool), augment (configure/integrate existing tooling), or build (create a bespoke workflow/automation) while considering time-to-value, cost, security, scalability and maintainability.
Evaluate options, run small pilots/proofs of concept, and document recommendations (including trade-offs, constraints, and governance considerations) for review and approval with clear decision logs, workflow re-design and implementation plans.
Configure tooling and implement the chosen solution - personally where appropriate, and/or by working with wider teams (e.g., IT, data, vendors) when build or deeper integration is required. This includes, but is not limited to requirements, testing/UAT, release management, training and handover.
Use a range of AI and automation tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure AI services, CRM/marketing platforms, and leading LLMs) to deliver practical improvements (e.g., content workflows, CRM enrichment, lead handling, follow-ups, reporting) and create reusable components where appropriate.
AI enablement and staff support: Provide practical AI support to staff, answer day-to-day questions, troubleshoot issues, provide training on tools, and create lightweight guidance, templates, and reusable prompts.
AI governance alignment: Ensure workflows align with internal AI governance, information security, and data protection requirements; flag risks, maintain basic documentation, and support agreed guardrails (including vendor assessments where needed and escalation routes for higher-risk use cases).
Measurement and insight: Capture adoption and usage data, baseline time/cost/quality where possible, and contribute inputs to impact and ROI reporting.
About You:
You are deeply customer-focused and excel at partnering with non-technical teams to turn real business problems into practical, AI-powered workflows. You bring a consultative, supportive approach - meeting stakeholders where they are, translating technical concepts into plain English, and coaching colleagues through adoption so that new tools are used confidently and responsibly. Youre equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to prototype and ship solutions, and stepping back to enable others with clear guidance, training and lightweight documentation that makes AI part of day-to-day work.
Experience and Skills:
Essential:
Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered workflows in a business environment.
Practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Azure (including AI services) and the ability to integrate with common business systems (e.g., CRM/marketing automation) via APIs/connectors.
Experience using leading LLM platforms (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to support workflow implementation including prompt design, skills, memory, evaluation, and safe handling of sensitive information.
Evidence of AI solutions that deliver operational improvements in marketing and sales functions (e.g., efficiency, quality, speed, consistency).
Experience mapping processes and applying change management (training, comms, stakeholder buy-in) to embed new ways of working.
Strong communication skills, able to explain AI-enabled workflows clearly in plain English and support non-technical stakeholders.
Experienced creating concise documentation (runbooks, user guides) and basic impact measurement for shipped workflows.
Comfort working autonomously once priorities and guardrails are set.
Desirable:
Familiarity with governance, data protection, and applying responsible AI principles.
Familiarity with marketing operations / sales operations tooling and reporting (e.g., CRM hygiene, lead lifecycle, dashboards, attribution).
