  • Build scalable OD methodologies and playbooks for global implementation.

M&A Strategy & Integration

  • Lead HR workstreams across the entire M&A lifecycle—from due diligence to integration and post-merger evaluation.
  • Conduct organizational assessments, cultural due diligence, synergy mapping, and leadership evaluations for acquisition targets.
  • Partner with Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, and Business Unit leaders to ensure successful integrations.
  • Oversee change management, communications, workforce transition planning, and organizational alignment of acquired entities.
  • Develop global M&A HR playbooks, frameworks, and best-practice integration models.

  • Serve as the senior OD & M&A leader for Europe, while providing oversight for projects in North America and the Middle East.
  • Advise regional and global executives on organizational effectiveness and integration strategies.
  • Ensure alignment between global transformation strategy and regional execution.
  • Lead and mentor a global OD/M&A team.

Strategic Planning & Change Management

  • Drive major global transformation initiatives, including restructuring, capability development, and cultural shifts.
  • Design and execute change management strategies for high-impact organizational transitions.
  • Establish KPIs and performance measurement frameworks for organizational effectiveness and integration success.
  • Present insights and recommendations to the Executive Committee and Board-level stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Mandatory experience in a management consulting firm (e.g., organizational transformation, strategy, M&A advisory).
  • Preferably combined with corporate experience in OD, HR transformation, or M&A integration roles.
  • 15+ years of experience across Organizational Development, HR transformation, and M&A.
  • Proven experience leading M&A HR workstreams in multinational organizations.
  • Strong expertise in organizational design methodologies, change management, workforce planning, and cultural integration.
  • Experience in large-scale, matrixed, publicly traded organizations; technology sector highly preferred.
  • Exceptional executive-level communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth, and globally complex environments.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a global technology or engineering-driven organization.
