Design and implement the data and analytics capability for New Business, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable insights to enable strategic decisions, product performance tracking, and operational excellence. Own the data strategy, governance, and reporting frameworks that underpin the operating model.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and maintain the data architecture for New Business, including integration with Core systems.
  • Establish data governance, quality standards, and security compliance.
  • Build and manage dashboards for OKRs, product performance, and enablement metrics.
  • Partner with Product, Delivery, and Strategy teams to provide analytics for business cases and scaling decisions.
  • Implement MVP data stack (BI tools, data pipelines) within 3 months.
  • Automate reporting for key measures including lead time, cycle time, cost-to-serve, and CSAT/NPS.
  • Drive continuous improvement in data processes and analytics capability.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, InfoSec and other appropriate standards

What You’ll Bring

• Proven expertise in data architecture, BI, and analytics across B2B and telecoms.

• Strong understanding of CRM/CPQ, PPM, and ITSM data flows.

• Advanced skills in SQL, data modelling, and visualisation (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

• Able to quickly turn business needs into clear, effective data solutions.

• Passionate about using AI to improve speed, cost, and quality of data outcomes.

• Delivers a scalable data vision with hands-on engineering capability.

• Deep experience in advanced analytics, predictive modelling, and machine learning.

• Skilled at integrating emerging AI tech to drive automation and innovation.

• Builds automated pipelines and leverages cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) with strong compliance knowledge.

• Strategic, pragmatic, and comfortable diving into detail when needed.

• Excellent stakeholder management, translating complex analytics into clear, actionable insight.
