The Role

To support the development, commercialisation and growth of Cornerstone’s next-generation connectivity portfolio, helping to bring innovative products and services from concept to market.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded Product Owner to join our New Business team and play a key role in shaping the future of digital connectivity across the UK. Working closely with the Head of Product, you’ll combine commercial insight, market analysis and product delivery expertise to develop propositions that solve real customer challenges and unlock new growth opportunities.

From Neutral Host Small Cells and Private 5G Networks to In-Building Coverage solutions, Enterprise WLAN and LPWAN services, you’ll help transform emerging technologies into scalable, market-ready products that support Cornerstone’s strategic ambitions.

What You'll Do

🚀 Support the development and execution of the product roadmap, helping to bring innovative connectivity solutions from concept through to launch and growth.

🎯 Translate customer needs, market opportunities and business objectives into clear product requirements, propositions and business cases.

📋 Own and manage product backlogs, prioritisation activities and delivery requirements across multiple product initiatives.

🤝 Work closely with Engineering, Commercial, Operations and Delivery teams to ensure products are developed and launched successfully.

📊 Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer insight activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

💼 Support the development of commercial models, pricing strategies and value propositions that deliver sustainable business value.

📈 Build financial models, analyse product performance and prepare investment cases to support strategic decision-making.

📝 Lead or contribute to customer bids, tenders, RFIs and RFPs, ensuring compelling and commercially attractive solutions are presented.

🌐 Develop go-to-market plans, proposition materials and sales enablement content to support product adoption and growth.

🎤 Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, external partners and customers, providing recommendations supported by robust analysis and insight.

What You'll Bring

You’ll bring experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Proposition Manager or similar product-focused role, along with the curiosity and drive to help turn new ideas into successful commercial propositions.

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment, you’ll enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll be confident working across multiple functions, managing competing priorities and influencing stakeholders at all levels to achieve shared objectives.

You’ll combine commercial awareness with analytical rigour, understanding how customer needs, market dynamics and financial performance come together to create successful products. Most importantly, you'll be motivated by the opportunity to shape innovative solutions that help define the future of connectivity.

You'll also bring:

  • Experience developing and supporting the delivery of product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of product financials
  • Experience building business cases, investment proposals and financial models
  • Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple functions
  • Experience supporting or leading customer bids, tenders, RFIs and RFPs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including engagement with senior leadership teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of complex initiatives
