Our client is a leading global IT services and software solutions organisation who are looking for a Procurement Professional to join its European regional headquarters in Surrey.
This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of end-to-end sourcing activities, supporting IT procurement across goods, services and labour while delivering best value, compliance, and commercial outcomes.
You will:
Lead and manage RFx processes (simple and complex)
Negotiate supplier contracts to secure optimal commercial terms
Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and performance
Manage supplier spend, contracts, performance, and relationships
Support procurement strategy implementation and audit compliance
Work closely with finance, legal, sales and international stakeholders
Skills needed
- 4–5+ years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, or IT procurement
- Strong commercial negotiation skills
- Experience managing supplier relationships and contracts
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
Desirable:
- ERP system experience (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- CIPS Level 4 (or working towards)
